"In 2003 I suffered a painful lower back injury while playing sports. My physical therapist suggested yoga as a low impact exercise to increase my flexibility and test my endurance. After my first class I was hooked! Within a few weeks I noticed a decrease in my stress level and an increase in my core strength. Over the past 13 years I have incorporated yoga techniques into my photography shooting by combining breathing techniques and stability exercises."

Ross Oscar Knight is an international photographer, avid yogi, author and speaker who has an intense passion to understand humanity one photograph at a time. He uses his camera to open doors, gaining access to examine and capture the shared truths that bind us together. His strength in communication through imagery was born from his childhood stuttering, his search for a racial identity and his fascination with emotional expression.
